Atlanta's Dale Murphy

Murphy came to the majors with a woeful Braves franchise in the late 1970s, but with a few other young hitters, quickly turned the franchise into a winner. Murphy was the National League MVP in 1982 and '83, a seven-time all-star and led the Braves to the 1982 National League championship series. One of baseball's nice guys, many would like to see him in the Hall of Fame.
